Ainsworth Spark Associates have secured Planning and Listed Building Consent for the restoration and renovation of the Grade II* former Energy Research Station in Killingworth on behalf of North Tyneside Council.
Vehicle Workshop
As part of North Tyneside Council's redevelopment of the former Gas Research Station site in Killingworth, Ainsworth Spark Associates have recently received planning approval for a new vehicle workshop to replace the existing facilities.
