Planning and Listed Building Consent for the restoration and renovation of the Grade II* former ERS, Killingworth

Ainsworth Spark Associates have secured Planning and Listed Building Consent for the restoration and renovation of the Grade II* former Energy Research Station in Killingworth on behalf of North Tyneside Council.

The refurbished building will provide 4825m2 of high quality office space. The proposal includes repairs to the external building fabric and restores the original entrance to the building.
