The first phase of a new business village comprising of 10,000m2 of office space over 48 units.
The award winning scheme provides spaces for start-ups business on an “own front door” basis and is sited on a riverside site on the edge of Sunderland on the former Austin & Pickersgill Shipyard. The first phase was completed in June 2009.
