Overview:
A development of five luxury homes for the client Adderstone, at Tamarin Close in Beadnell, on the beautiful and acclaimed Northumberland coast.
The detached and semi-detached homes are a mix of four and five bedrooms.
The contemporary design aims to maximise coastal views and create a vibrant and recognisable development, which compliments the area of outstanding natural beauty.
Each home has been designed to provide a variety of views of the coastal area, incorporating large areas of glazing, of varying sizes, and generous external balconies and terraces.
Renewable design principles including high levels of insulation, high levels of air tightness, solar photovoltaic panels and energy efficient fittings were incorporated within the design.
