Pendower Hall

Ainsworth Spark Associates are delighted to be part of the team bringing this fine house back to life on behalf of Pendower Hall Limited.   Built in 1870 for the banker Mr J.W. Pease this Grade II listed building was used as a school and then a teaching centre before being used by the City Council. The house has been vacant for many years and fallen into disrepair. Dry rot is a particular problem which needs to be addressed urgently.

A listed building application has been submitted for the conservation and repair of the external envelope. Work is due to start in the summer.
