Overview:
Proposal for a student residential and retail development providing 305 individual bedrooms within 50 shared cluster apartments with approximately 1500 m² of retail and restaurant/bar/café use on a city centre site in Newcastle upon Tyne currently occupied by a night club.
The site incorporates the Grade II* listed Dobson House which is to be protected and made into a restaurant. The rest of the site will contain three individual student residential accommodation blocks of 7, 9 and 11 stories, with a podium level of retail at street level.
