Civic Trust AABC Conservation Award

We are excited to report that our ERS Building refurbishment in Killingworth is a regional finalist for the North East in the 2022 Civic Trust AABC Conservation Awards. Winners are going to be announced in January 2022!

The 1968 Grade II* listed building, originally by Ryder & Yates was fully refurbished and is now an up-to-date office and storage/ workshop facility. North Tyneside Council comissioned Ainsworth Spark Associates as conservation specialists to ensure the best possible outcome for this rare example of modernist industrial architecture.
