Osborne Terrace

Prepared for the Adderstone Group, the development of Osborne Terrace involved the careful restoration and conversion of six Victorian office buildings, originally built circa 1850, into 48 apartments, each ranging between two and six bedrooms.

The external façade including solid brick walls and traditional pitched roof was restored, incorporating new dormer windows.

The flats were designed to a very high standard internally to provide high specification student housing, close to the popular Jesmond area of Newcastle and the city centre.
